Shipping Policy
We ship all our packages via UPS Ground. In the event of damage in transit, every item will be sent with insurance to be claimed with the shipping carrier. We recommend that you keep original package for 10 days in the event of shipping damage. Paid orders are shipped out within two days. Because our products are hand-made by artisans, some pieces may not be immediately available. These special order items may take longer. We will contact you in the event of a delay.
All shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process. Additional charges will apply to international orders as well as orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, AA, AE, or AP addresses, and any territory outside the continental U.S. Please call 954-436-3966 for a quote.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange the merchandise within 10 days of receipt. We cannot refund the initial shipping charges or the price of the return or exchange shipping.
